Many years ago the spring celebration was about planing seeds, planning for abundance and about fertility. It was a celebration of the coming days of warmth and sun and about celebrating the growth to come. it was about being excited for the future.
What are your plans for growth? What seeds are you planting in your life? What seeds are you planting in your mind? Are you excited about the future?
Every successful person, and I mean people who created their own success not inherited success, took steps to grow themselves. Some made sure to create habits that helped them grow their ideas.
Ask you self this question RIGHT NOW, what did I do today to grow my mind, my self, my soul, or my success? Success is never an over night thing. Success is always prepared for and created.
Currently I am reading (actually listening) Amanda Palmer’s book The Art of Asking. Wow! I am so impressed with her. She created community around music and loved her fans in return for their love of her creations. I want to be more like that. I am planing seeds for success by studying the success of others.
I also accepted a new challenge by a mentor with Mobe. For 60 days I am writing down on one post it a day the things I am dreaming about. If I miss even on day, I must start back at #1. I write in the top corner which day I am on and on the bottom the actual date. I am 5 days in and I am determined not to forget even one day until I am complete, at the very least to prove to myself I can be so good at follow through that I do it on my first try!! 🙂
Plant some seeds in your life. Make plans for your summer and your success. Make a commitment to yourself to do one thing that helps you grow.
I believe that you have greatness in you. I believe that you have gifts to bring. You must believe that you are worthy, you deserve good things and you matter. Then success can come to you naturally. You will know your next step.
Do you have a laptop? Do you want a different future than the trajectory you are currently on? Try this.
I would be ever so grateful if you would pick one thing that you think is wonderful about you and reply in an email telling me what it is. Mine is that I see possibilities in everything… Oh, and I care about helping others.
